i got a call today 8-20-12 saying i recieved money from a usa cash advance payday loan,i never recieved no money and the checking account no.they gave me was wrong i tried to tell them that the no.was wrong and they kept telling me that i was going to have to go to court if i didnt pay or go to jail and have to pay up to $7000.00.

i paid them the money which took all i had in the bank,because i didnt know what else to do.they said we will settle for $129. and some cents.these people are taking advantage of poor people and if they put it in the wrong account that should be their fault and not mine.thank you.

You shouldn't have given them anything until you further investigated to make sure it was legit. You didn't owe anything to anyone and I'm so sorry you got scammed outta your last bit of money! Man these people deserve to burn. I can't believe that human beings are capable of doing this to their fellow human being. Such a sick world we live in. I'm so sorry this happened to you and even more sorry they got free money from you!
