I received a charge on my telephone bill from this company USA Voicemail. I guess that they feel most people will just pay their bill and never look at what they are being charged for. You can be assurred that I will be contacting my telephone service to get this charged removed and find out exactly how they were able to add this to my telephone bill and if this is the first time I have been charged for it. A company should never be able to just add what they want to without your permission.

USA Voicemail got me too

AUTHOR: Pat - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 17, 2004

I did not authorize USA Voicemail, nor did I order their services, as I didn't need it.

Now, I find I'm being charged a total of $13.63 per month on my telephone bill.

Funny, I found this site while doing a search to try to stop USA's service, being this is a Sunday, they're closed. And, all I found was a bunch of complaints about the company, goes to show you how reputable they are!!

Thanks For The Laughs William.

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Disregard the entire rebuttal above, for it's definitely the epitome of shill activity.

William suggests, that any and all businesses, that have a "customer service" department, must be legitimate. Yeeeah, bright fellow! Remember, fraudulent businesses are forbiddin from setting up "customer service" departments. LOL.

Fradulent businesses would NEEEVER do such a thing! LOL.

William also claims, that this company is legitimate, due to the fact, "they have hundreds of thousands of customers who use the toll free 800 number messaging service".

This retardo statement suggests, that a business can in no way, be considered fraudulent, or be held accountable for engaging in fraudulent activities, as long as they sustain a certain amount of customers and or clients.

I don't care if a company has millions upon millions of satisfied customers, still wouldn't change the fact, that they have several unacknowledged and unresolved rip off reports against them and possibly growing.

Legitimate businesses, that have nothing to hide would never allow any amount of complaints to go unrectified, especially "petty" ones like those posted on this website.

Legitimate businesses, that have nothing to hide would gladly come forward in public forums like this one, and rectify all "petty" complaints in the public eye. After all, what's their "customer service" for? LOL. Thanks for the laughs William.

Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

USA Voicemail

AUTHOR: William - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 10, 2004

I notice a lot of people here are angry about their phone bills over this USA Voicemail. I was too until I realised how it got put on my phone bill. Once I realized it, I also realised how stupid I was. I called the company and they credited the charge I received with no problems. One thing I discovered, was they are a legitimate business. They have hundreds of thousands of customers who use the toll free 800 number messaging service. If this service were a scam, they would not have a "Customer Service" department. How do you avoid this in the future? Don't sign up for any promotions or surveys over the internet. 99.9% of the people who have this charge on their phone bills have signed up for this service as part of a promotion that they visited on the Internet. Either they did it themselves, or someone in the family did it, but of coarse they will never admit it. The internet is the only way you can get this service. Remember computers can be traced to IP addresses, so if you want to scream and holler about how you didn't do this, go right ahead and look stupid the way I did. Here's how to get it taken off. Call your phone company. Tell them you have an unauthorized charge on your bill. Your phone company will give you the number to USA Voicemail. Call the number and have them credit the charge. You don't need to scream and holler. They will take it off. Hope this helps you.
