I called and advised them I wanted to cancel the motnh my contract ended, the auto renewed it inspite of this information and multiple calls and discussions with reps and supervisors have been unaffective.  They continue to bill me, now up to $200+ dollars after thier own notes say I did not want the service and my contract ended.

Vivint alarm & security Vivint I was misinformed and I was turn into the credit bureau which I had already paid Citizens bank $1.400 for the unit I told them turn it off and I was refused saying that I must pay $1.500 to $2.000 to buy the contract which I'm not going to do they even made all kind of holes in my walls which I didn't like at all. chicago IL

Vivint Security Being charged $1799 for a panel they sell online for $399. Have me locked into a 60 month finance for equipment they said I need to have when I don't. Sales guys are scamming people and making it impossible to cancel the service.
