When I encountered companies that gave me the run around and then blatantly refused to honor their certificates as purchased from WJXR (specifically, AAA Tree Trimming & Removal and Turf USA Landscaping & Lawn care), I called the station. The so called "Mr." Mayes grew beligerent on the air and then disconnected me three different times when I attempted to contact the business office in an attempt to rectify the problem. These people are unethical and to think they were a Chrisitian Station and continue to broadcast on Sundays as if they are. What a scam!!!!!!

Greg from WJXR called me and made good on the certificates. He reassured me that WJXR took pride in their work ethic and was very pleasant throughout our conversation. Because WJXR has refunded the cost of the certificates, I now feel that I have been treated fairly by the station and know to contact the business office when problems arise. Consequently, I would not hesitate to purchase from the station again. Thanks, Greg and WJXR.
