i WAS CHARGED $254.00 FOR COLLECT CALLS FROM A STATE I KNOW NOONE. ALL CALLS CAME AT A TIME I WAS OUT OF STATE. WHEN I CONTACTEWD ZPDI I WAS TREATED RUDELY AND TOLD NOTHING COULD BE DONE. I COULD NOT GET AN ADDRESS OR NAME OF THE OWNER OR EVEN A SUPERVISOR. THE MAN ON THE PHONE JUST STATE NOTHING CAN BE DONE YOU MUST PAY.

MY LOCAL COMPANY STATED I DON'T HAVE TO PAY THESE CHARGES AND MY LOCAL SERVICES WILL NOT BE DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT I THINK IT IS ASHAME THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS. CAN ANYONE HELP US STOP THIS COMPANY.
