  Vanda is a rip off she will steal your money she owes me $1700 admitted to owing me this money and now she has disappeared. She's not returning any calls or emails or demand letters. I now have to find her in small claims court to get my money back that she has admitted to having and will return it. Do you not work with this company

Dear Reza, I'm sorry you feel this way.  Your association changed management companies three months ago.  Unfortunately, you did not change your automatic payment and continued to make payments directly to the association's old checking account.  This account is owned by the association and not by Adore Property Management, therefore, the board has full authority over the account and could have closed it on their own or transferred funds at any time.  Neither I nor Adore stole money from you or committed fraud.  These are libelous accusations.

As it currently stands, all funds from this account have been dutifully forwarded to the new company.  You should work directly with them to straighten out your account.
