Carol Chaney didn't even graduate high school. She lost her nursing licenses in 2010.

She bought a Ph.D. Online from a diploma mill that was shut down by the attorney Generals office shortly after she bought the diploma.

She is a fraud-she has 5 lawsuits headed her way.

One class action lawsuit for her defrauding the public.

4 in federal court that will expose her conspiracy. Enough said about this.
