This did not affect me directly but many of my friends.

If you check out Vlad Saye's and FOSA Tech's socials you will see countless people complaining about never receiving a product they paid for almost a year ago. This is no way to do business and must be put to an end. The people who gave this man their hard-earned money need to get reimbursed. Companies like this must not get away with doing things like this with no consequences.
