- cracked display

- can't connect kickstand to frame due to:

     - no grooves in frame to screw bolts into

    - bolts too small

You need a kickstand since the bike weighs over 100 pounds.

- can't connect app to bike

I have to pay a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost. According to their return policy they will send you a shipping label and no restocking fee for new, unused bike. No policy for a defective bike. They didn't disclose the weight of the bike. If I had known I wouldn't had order the bike.

There's no phone number or physical address for Freedare. You only communicate through email.

They agreed that I can returnbike and refund monies.
