called 4-8 talked to Ethan he offered 70% refund,call 4-16 talked to Austin offer total refund,Called 4-17 talked to Winnie she offered 50% refund and I told her I wanted 100% she said a supervisor would cal me 24-48 hours,never did.I called 4-23 talked to Matthew told me again super would call me,haven't heard a word.I want my refund will send product back,does not work,total rip off.Do not do business with these people will rip you off.
