"Maria America" Owner Roberto Perez ripoff fraudulent nanny agency, took my money and never sent a nanny after I paid them cash in advanced as they requested Santa Ana California

Maria America claims to be a nanny agency. I paid this agency the first weeks salary of the nanny in cash since they only accept cash or money order in advance before the nanny is to begin work. The nanny never showed up. I was told to pick another nanny but they do not gurantee that the next nanny I pick will show up either. So they can do this to me forever and not ever have a nanny show up while they keep my money since they claim it is non refundable eventhough service was never rendered. I tried contacting them again only to fine out that their phone number is no longer working. Please help!

I recently got ripped off by Maria America as well. I signed a contract and had to pay the first week worth of nannys pay to agency in cash only ( per company policy) for services. I never got a Nanny and never got my money.
