Robert was hired to replace a window in my home in October 2023, and I paid him a deposit for the job. However, he never came back to finish the work. Despite responding to calls and texts, he has been constantly making excuses and giving dates that he does not keep. Upon searching online, I found out that Robert has cheated many other people in the past, and I regret not researching his reputation before hiring him.
