Identity Theft of First Allied Properties, Inc. and its address of 301 East 87th Street, Suite 1F, NY, NY 10128. The fraudsters have used fake names such as: Aron Freid, Daniel Gershburg, Robert Martin Johnson, William J. Bratton, Patrick H. Smith, Richard A. Cohan, Don Carlos, Kevin Adams, Patrick Cohen, etc. claiming to work for First Allied Properties, Inc. in New York City for the purpose of scamming people out of their real estate...particularly timeshare memberships. Other names may have been or will be used as the attempted frauds continue. They generally contact intended victims by phone and identify themselves as working for First Allied Properties, Inc. and want to buy the victim's real estate on behalf of their client. They usually email the victim a Letter of Intent on forged First Allied Properties, Inc. letterhead that says they want to purchase the property on behalf of their client and shows a forged email address of info@firstalliedpropertiesinc.com and a forged web site of www.firstalliedpropertiesinc.com. They have posted multiple web sites on all search engines (GOOGLE, BING, YAHOO, etc) with links such as ABOUT US -FIrst Allied Properties, Inc. and INVESTMENT - First Allied Properties, Inc. The fraudulent web sites show a man on a ladder looking through binoculars (although the criminals may change the web sites because they have been reported to and are being pursued by law enforcement).
