Called my business phone asked for payment. I asked for suporting documents, the man on the phone told me I was billed months ago and they don't bill monthly. I informed him I needed a supporting bill before payment. The man called back today (about a week later) stating I had agreed to pay. I reminded him I needed a bill. He began to argue with me. I cut him short and reminded him it was my right to receive a bill if he wanted payment and hung up.
