I suggest anyone contacted by this company to report them to the FBI, they have been ripping off people in the USA and Canada.
The IFrame technology is nothing more than a piece of keylogging spyware that they instruct the potential victim to download and install on their computer and once that is done it sits and 'listens' for the keywords typed and then redirects the victims browser to a scripted page that inserts their website into an 'I-Frame' as in HTML .
They also try to sell SEO here http://www.usaseopros.com as well as http://usasubpros.com.
Be on gaurd because every few months they change their business name, as far as I know they also go KJR Management. Slimy scumbags beware!

The information provided is untrue. Erroneous and outright lies. USA SEO Pros is not Cloud Nine. That business was closed a very long time ago and not owned operated or maintained in any way shape or form with USA SEO Pros at this time or any other time.
One of the posts by 'triple' is from a former employee who was let go due to negligence. And was unable to perform even the simplest of tasks, and has had a grudge against USA SEO Pros for over a year.
I am proud to work for this company and am happy to help bring up the standards of perfection we strive for continuously.
If anyone feels wrongs by Cloud Nine, I feel for them, but BDI & USA SEO Pros are not Cloud Nine and never have been. We are a search engine optimization and marketing organization. And are very good at our jobs, dedicated and appreciative of our client base.

To the last rebuttle about these companies not being the same..... ALL these companies are owned by the same person and ran out of the same office.1091 S. Cimarron rd Las Vegas NV, 89145. Cloud nine still has a valid business license. They are all scams and ran by the same person who is hiding under his wifes name. Contact Clark County DA if you have been taken from these companies. They would like to hear from you. The names you need are Robert M Raskin and Kathleen J Raskin(KJR Management). He has already went bankrupt and thus is why he is using his new wifes name. He cannot own a company. At his last company, Quality Home Foods, he stole money from his employees 401K and cannot manage any employee money due to this. This is all public info if you look hard enough. They will download spyware on your pc so dont fall for these scams!!!!!!!Beware!

First have you're seo company send you regular mail information about there company, along with a return billing address. Second if they refuse to take cash, check, money order and push for online payment pass them up. To the legit SEO companies, send people real billing and paper invoices, most businesses need this for tax write-off's at the end of the year. Another thing don't threaten fraud charges for work you never intended to do in the first place, if you truly feel you are owed the money send it to a collection agency. If they do not dispute the bill in writing, let the collection agency do there job. (9 out of 10 won't dispute) The ones that care about there credit will eventually pay there bill's! Last if you say you are going to do something, even if you only change one page title, add one key phrase or word, or just add any content to a page make sure you do what you say, that way you have proof of a modification and people are more willing to pay for less than what they thought they were getting. It would beat getting absolutely nothing for the outrages price you push from people. Also a are you sure you want to do this or comfirmation page (other than just thank you for you're payment upon PayPal login would be a nice touch. With that said, if it look's to good to be true it probly is!!! Kathleen and Robert Raskin own USASEOPROS.com and various other scam sight's.

U.S. Labor Department Settlements Restore 401(k) Plan Assets For Former Quality Home Foods Employees - $11,500 Owed To 27 Former Employees of Las Vegas Company
San Francisco, California - The U.S. Department of Labor has obtained consent judgments in both the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. District Court in Nevada to restore $11,500 owed to the 401(k) profit sharing plan of 27 former employees of Las Vegas-based Quality Home Foods Inc. Quality Home Foods is a defunct business that provided home delivery of meats, produce and other foods.
When Robert Marc Raskin, former owner and president of Quality Home Foods Inc. filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection in January 2003, the U.S. Labor Department filed a complaint in the bankruptcy court. The department alleged that Raskin's debt to the company's 401(k) plan, while acting as a fiduciary of the plan, involved misappropriation of the pension funds and could not be discharged by the bankruptcy.
A second complaint filed in April 2004 in U.S. District Court alleges that Raskin did not act in the best interests of the plan when he failed to forward to the plan employee contributions, participant loan repayments and employer matching contributions.
The judgment in bankruptcy court was approved on April 9, 2004, and the district court judgment was approved on April 19, 2004. Under the judgments, Raskin must repay $11,500 to the 401(k) plan, forfeit his own account balance in the plan and accept a court-appointed independent fiduciary to administer the plan. Raskin also permanently barred from acting as a fiduciary of an employee benefit plan.
"This sends a strong message to those responsible for employee benefit plans that they cannot misuse their employees' funds or have their personal debts forgiven at the expense of the employees," said Bette Briggs, regional director of the Labor Department's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) in San Francisco, which investigated the case.
In fiscal year 2003, EBSA achieved record monetary results of $1.4 billion related to the pension, 401(k), health and other benefits of millions of American worker and their families. Employers and workers with questions or concerns regarding their private-sector pension and health plans can contact the EBSA regional office in San Francisco at 415.975.4600 or EBSA's toll free number, 1.866.444.EBSA (3272). It appears Robert M. Raskin has been looking for loopholes to scam for quite sometime. If they say they want to do voise recording hangup, or ask them to send you a written contract you can look see hold in your hand to take time to think about and sign, then send back with a check or money order. If they say they don't do it that way find a different SEO that will.
