I bought a car from Bangor Car Care on April 9th of this year. It had 123000 miles on it so it did come with a warranty of 12,000 miles or 12 months whichever comes first.

It was not more than a week before I started having troubles with the car. My gas guage does not work for one. It will go back and forth from full to empty so you never know how much gas you have. I will not go into all te times that I have ran out of gas.

I brought this matter to Bangor Car Care and they told me it was not an inspection issue, not their responsibility.

The change oil light was constantly on since the day I bought the car, they told me not to worry about it. My ABS light and my traction off light would occasionaly come on but Bangor Car Care says they cant do anything if the light is not on...

One of my brake lights, that is the in the back of my car in the trunk completely fell out and before I had time to replace it, the car was broken.

I have been pulled over for having green lights around my license plate. I never knew they were green until the police officer informed me. Another one of Bangor Car Care, if they are all about inspection they should know that is not allowed.

My car did not come with a spare tire and about three weeks about I got the car, one of my tires went flat.
The end of June, my motor went. 76 days from the day I bought the car. I brought the car to Bangor Car Care service center where they were extremely rude to me. Told me maybe if I had changed the oil more, at that time it was due for an oil change. But the fact they sold me a car where the change oil light was constantly on didnt have anything to do with my motor dying at 130000 miles.

Now my car is waiting to be repaired as they were backed up three weeks!

Lets talk about Persian. They called me about a week after my car was broken saying I had missed the last three payments. I had recently switched bank accounts so I verified the numbers with Persian and it was the correct account number.I said there must be a mistake because I know that the money is not in my account. He told me they had not even attempted to take the third payment because the last two were denied saying the account was closed. I explained I would call the Bank and call back.

I called my bank and explained the situation to them. They said all THREE payments had been taken. I call back Persian. The man I spoke with said well I dont believe you so I am going to need proof from the bank. You need to go there and fax me the information. I explain to him that I cannot go to toe bank because of my car being broken. He says " oh so that is why you are not making payments on the car" called me a liar and a series of other things. I was irate.

I called the bank and had them fax my statemet to this representative. I have not heard from them since.

Thats my story so far, and it hasnt even been 90 days!
