This company is a ripoff. They say unlimited texting, calls, and internet. But they only allow a certain amount of gigs in a month. Their service area is very poor. I can't even use it in my home. I have to travel from Manteca, Ca. to Kettleman City, CA everyday for work. There is about 90 miles of no signal. My work trys to call, and they think I am not answering my phone. The whole area of stockton, CA is poor service. They keep changing by cutting instead of improving. Very Bad. Do not use them. You have to buy their phone and it is no good for any other company. Their phones keep freezing up, and you have to turn it off and back on. It is a PCS service which uses other systems. Not as good as the systems used by AT&T or Verizon. I am tired of paying for a service I can't use.

You get unlimited voice, text and data. But if you go over the 2.5 gibs they throttle you down to 2g. Read your end user agrreement. A@@hole

First, I think you believe that ANY person who responds to you MUST be who you are complaining about. I dont work for or use Boost. Secondly I dont like that you take your BS out on someone who is only giving you good solid information. Kinda dickish when the advice is solid. Maybe in the future READ the NAME of the individual who is responding to your isse. If it was Boost then it would SAY Boost or something along those lines.

your only issue

your issue is lying. there are asian countries that have only no contract cell service., and the service is better than here. and 90% cheaper.
you want to rip off the consumer. and have a guaranteed income. if anything was done honestly you would make the pay as you go the best service possible, showing that you have good service. because many people are complaining about getting stuck in a contract with bad service.
you are running a scam.

First your "coverage" issue can be fixed by a $5 gold foil antenna sticker. This will give you 2 bars in areas where there are none. This will also improve your existing signal. Secondly, the AMOUNT of data is unlimited, the speed however is throttled. Why would you expect CONTRACT level service when your not paying for contract level service. Only SPRINT CONTRACTS get truly unlimited with no speed caps. YOU have chosen to go with the bare bones service, youcant now complain about it. You get what you pay for in life. This is yet another of those instances where if you are cheap, then you get cheap. Your data amount IS unlimited, you will just have to wait for your data to load. If you need more data then the standard 2.5 gigs, then I suggest that you get on a contract with Sprint. You can PAY to have the speed cap removed from your prepaid service. But at that point you should just get sprint. And point in fact: ALL prepaid phones are remanufactured. Your crappy service could be just from a bad antenna. Hopefully you purchased a warrenty with your phone. If you have, I would suggest that you redeem that warrenty and try a different phone.
Your ONLY issue is that you went PREPAID. There is no remedy for your situation other then switching to a contracted service.
