 My husband and I not only rented their property on Market Street Steve also conned us into financing a vehicle through their car lot we were forced to pay 550 a month for a 2 bedroom trailer and all the utilities there were no utilities included in our rent the 1st year the floors started falling through and their maintenance guy refused to replace the floors unless we moved out and Steve wouldn't do anything about it so we took money out of our own pockets and my husband replaced the bad parts of the floors and when we told Steve he exploded on us he said he didn't want anyone but him or his guy doing any repairs to the trailer so we were expected to deal with falling through to the outside under the trailer!

Then Steve decided that we were paying too much for a car that my ex husband financed for me because of our kids and Steve manipulated us into financing a vehicle through his car lot and then took over all of our money and bills and left us with no food for my boys and continually told us that pretty much our own money wasn't ours so I put a stop to that real quick then my ex husband died unexpectedly and he had a 401K through his employer that had no beneficiary listed so Steve took it upon himself to hire his son in law who was supposedly an estate attorney to get the money from them for our 5 children long story short his son in law didn't do anything with it but when I'd email him for updates he started asking me 50 million questions and then Steve told me that I didn't have to give the kids any of the money and a few days later he informed me that he had appointed himself as the executor of the entire estate when I told his son in law that I had to be the beneficiary

all of a sudden he said he wasn't handling it anymore and that's when I discovered that Steve had a plan to take all of the money from my children but because I still had to deal with him I said nothing his son in law had the case for over a year and did nothing but give me the runaround I was supposed to bring my ex husband's ashes back to Illinois to be buried by his family last summer when the vehicle we got conned into financing started breaking down so Steve was supposed to put it in the shop get it fixed pay for it and add it to our loan he took it to this guy named Dennis who is supposedly a good mechanic there in Medicine Lodge then Steve told us that we had to let him and his wife take control of our finances and bills

again my idiot husband told him ok well then he mentioned that I was going to Illinois to bury my ex and have a funeral for him and Steve told me that I couldn't because it cost too much and that I had to wait until this year well my ex husband's family is now refusing to bury him because I was forced to have no vehicle when the time came for me to go and I didn't get him home they're not even speaking to me or the kids but after he refused to let me have my own money to get his ashes home I told Steve that I was taking back control of our money and bills that's when we finally saw just how much of a non Christian cold hearted jerk he really is he refused to pay for the truck repairs which forced us to have no vehicle for 2 months

until I finally had to blow off every single bill we had to pay to get my truck back then Steve threatened us with eviction and repossession of our truck because I refused to let him control me by withholding money from us he never did either to us but he did tell the pastor of the Christian church not to help us with anything and he actually refused to help us with a little food for the boys he said I can't help you because you won't let Steve take control of your money and we had actually been members of that church until Tom Walters the pastor refused to help us I never stepped foot in that church again but we finally got out from under Steve last November and moved to Illinois then a couple of weeks ago we discovered that that mechanic named Dennis did not repair the front end of the truck at all

like he was paid 1500 to do the only thing he replaced was the water pump which I could've replaced myself we are being forced to trade in the truck because the entire front end is going out and to replace it will cost more than the truck is even worth we still owe Steve 1,000 for the truck but I refuse to pay him another single dime we cut off all contact with them after we moved here changed phone numbers and everything but we are getting ready to file a lawsuit against not only Steve but Dennis the supposed good mechanic and I'm pretty positive that you and your family and us are not the only ones Steve has screwed over anyone else considering renting a place or financing a vehicle through Steve and Suellen Bryan my advice to you is DON'T DO IT you'll get ripped off and screwed over
