My husband made a collect phone call on sunday june 3,2012 using a pay phone. And now my credit card is being charged $89.47 which is my bill money and now have to 5 days because still pending to dispute it. I have new born baby and need this money.

I am not sure I understood correctly. What you are saying is that your husband used a pay phone to make a collect call to your phone? Then how is your credit card automatically charged? Did you set up an auto payment or some sort? If you own the phone and have any set up like that, you would be in trouble if you dispute it because it is a legit charge. A "collect call" is a call that will be charged to the recipient of the call. You should go after your husband though...
