Must High School unknown Took Money, won't forward transcripts, local College doubts their accreditation/legitimacy, Internet

In while I doubt I have anything new to report about this school, my daughter is another victim and we are out of roughly $1000 total. They were the cause she couldn't finish college [two year paralegal]  When ask for transcripts they pretended to fail to understand what she needed. Now, How could a High School fail to know how to send transcripts to the College?

  Like they never were asked this before?  She couldn't go to the next level in studies because it is a prerequisite to have the High School diploma so now she must get a GED and the time and money spent on MUST are a waste.  The local college guidance counselor says she believes they are not recognized or accredited.
