National Credit Shoppe r (Diamond Select) Consumer Rip-off

I was also ripped off from this company.They had someone call me,then they said I was going to get a credit card with 4,000,00 credit limit.I asked several times if it was a credit card I could use anywhere,they said yes!

I asked again if this was a credit card that could only be used for there catalog,reply no.I asked if I could use it for cash advances at any ATM,reply yes.

I again said 'this credit card is a real credit card that I would be able to consolidate all my other cards on to,reply YES!I am disabled and I am on SSI and I made it very clear to them what I was needing and that I could not afford to through away $200,00.

They assured me several times that I WAS GETTING A REGULAR CREDIT CARD!After they took the money out of my acct,the same day I called and asked when I would be getting my credit card and AGAIN I asked and verifyed what I had been GUERNTEED the first time $4,000,00 credit card limit on a regular credit card.I was told I WOULD receive it in 10 to 12 buissness days.

When I got the package it was this NCS card,I IMMEDIATLY called to get my money back,they took my information and said they would have a manager call me with a RAN # AND THEN i WOULD GET A REFUND.

They never called me back so I called them at that point I was informed that I was very much informed when I talked to them the first time that this was NOT a credit card,and that if I wanted a regular credit cared I would first have to buy something out of there catalog and then I would have to make three(3) consecutive payments of $33.00 and these payments can not be late or less then $33.00 a month.Then I could APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD WITH A VERY MINIMAL LIMIT(NOT THE $4,000,00 LIMIT i WAS PROMISED)I would really like it if someone could let me know how do I go after these BIG TIME RIPP OFFS!
