Weltman, Weinberg & Reis WWR Writ of Execution 3 years after Personal Lein was filed. Cleveland, Ohio

In 2008, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis obtained a Judgement by Default against me. They set the hearing in Pittsburg, Pa, over 200 miles from my town, when the hearing should have actually been scheduled in a municipal court near me. I did not, unfortunately, attend the hearing because of lack of transportation.(my fault). In March of 2008, they secured a personal lein against me in my county of residence, which is where the original hearing should have been held.
Today, Oct. 12th,2011 I received a Writ of Execution from them, not my county sheriff, in the mail...not registered mail, just regular mail, with instructions to contact a lawyer.
In 2008, I filled out all their forms and the forms from my county officials pertaining to everything I owned...and since then, nothing has changed except my attitude towards WWR.

 This "law firm" is underhanded, sneakey, and will do almost anything to take what you don't have.
The judgement against me was not legally obtained. I have had countless nights of no sleep and depression because of these jerks. There was no appeal sent to me after the first judgement and the Writ I received today was only preceeded by one phone message to call Nigel at a phone number which was always (even at 3 AM) busy.
If you receive any thing and I mean anything from these jerks, report them to the BBB. I have. I have also reported them to the Office of Consumer Protection and have been in contact with them periodically throughout this mess.
