This is a warning for those looking to use this company for phone or internet services. Please read all the fine print of the contract or get a real shock when you go to change or cancel your service prior to the end of the term. Also, you must pay very close attention to the contract termination date. If you do not contact this company exactly 30 days prior to the end of your term, the contract will automatically renew for 12 months! Not 29 days, not 31...exactly 30! If you want to cancel you will be charged a large cancellation fee and ALL of the monthly payments until the end of the term. Their customer service department is most disagreeable and their staff is not well trained. I got several differing stories on how the cancellation worked as well as varrying dates from the staff regarding my termination date. Seemed like they really didn't know what was going on and were reading from a script. Avoid getting into an agreement with these people in the first place and use someone else!
