Yellow Cab Illegal parking of arrogant cab drivers Seattle, Washington

I will note two examples of things I see all the time in Seattle. One example is a cab (license ADK-1038) on August 17, 2011, at about 6:30pm, just off 12th Ave S & S Jackson, parked for a long time in a DRIVEWAY outside a series of stores, parallel to the sidewalk! Second, being one cab, on August 18, 2011, at about 8:15am, at 3rd Ave & Madison, parked for a time IN THE MIDDLE OF A CROSSWALK! (License AAM-7502). These drivers just seem to think they can do whatever they want! People need to take note of more of their illegal activity.   Lindon, Seattle, WA
