Allen Railroad.com blindsided by the scam artists Stanton Kentucky

I am one of the four that had a case brought against Allen Railroad, I only knew of myself and one other he was an Allen also but just the same last name. We won the case the State of Kentucky filed a lien against them. So far none of us have collected a dime, the State and I just spoke to someone at that office today so far hasn't been able to seize anything from them even with a state lien. It would be interesting to find out the addresses they live at and the cars they drive, to see if they own them or are renting them. The State was really shocked that they were still operating at their location they had me working at.

Yes, I passed their track inspection school, I pulled a few cross ties  and replaced them on a railroad they claimed they owned and I found out it belonged to R.J. Corman and a museum in Lexington, Ky. I even drove a GP-28 with the engineer the old guy that was in charge of track maintance was the brother in law of Corman and I had met him from Guthrie, Ky years before. He filled me in on the scoop Allen saw me talking to him and I was fired on the spot. No pay check no 2 week notice no reason, no reimbursement for moving there.

Yes I was to answer the phone and I solicited customers for them for track inspection, the place was a boiler room operation, you were constantly under pressure or harassment, Jim Allen had a web cam pointed at you all the time to make sure you didn't have an idle second. I tried to endure it knowing I was about to go into the field, it never happened. I saw several secretaries they were replaced constantly.

as an ex-employee involved in a nonpaid wages dispute with these people i understand how you feel. i have never came in contact with anyone like them. there are four ex-employees in our case against them filed with the ky labor board and at this point a findings of fact has been substaniated and sent to the legal department for further action. between the four of us the total is around 4,000.oo in unpaid wages.

they have left a trail of unpaid employees from indiana to kentucky to arizona. this is not just ranting you can find plenty of proof online and with a few well placed phone calls.

i want to see this place shut down. i cant tell you how many guys i spoke with who felt ripped off by these two. as soon as i realized the whole thing is just a joke i cut my losses and got out of there before i became involved in some legal matter that was not my own.
