Allstate Insurance Deluxe Plus homeowners policy is a ripoff. So's the whole company. Peachtree City Georgia

We have been a customer of Allstate for 25 years. Last week we had to rely on our homeowners policy to cover damages in our home.

Our home is built on a slab. We had water pipes that ruptured under the slab. Allstate said that they would not cover that damage or repairs after we had the pipes replaced after the plumbers had to cut holes in the kitchen and garage. The holes are still not repaired.

In the meantime, our policy was up for renewal on July 13th but, they charged our escrow account $1,048.00 on July 11th while all this transpired to make sure that they got their money.

This company is run by a bunch of crooks from their agents (salesmen) to their senior staff.

I have no choice but to go through the state insurance commision and the better business bureau to recover my damage costs of $4,359.00. If you're insured by Allstate, be assured that you're paying for their Christmas parties and their employee benefits. You are paying for something that is useless and expensive.
