This plowguy insists he is such a good worker.  This is an incorrect statement.   On Feb 8th when we had a bad storm of about a foot of snow NO ONE came to plow me out at all on that date!  I had to call another plow service to come to plow me out on Feb 9th.  This company has quite a few complaints against them and are not reliable.  I have pictures with times that prove he did not make it.  Just not happy with this service. 

I plow the Webster area for this company and for $190 giving the consumer unlimited plowings for the entire year makes any plow company impossible to have a plow truck in every driveway. I have a list of houses to plow in my route and i dont go home until all driveways are cleared. YES there is latenesses during major storms, but like the other fella said, even town streets are not cleared on time. We do a great job and have many many happy customers. Unfortunately you will always have that hand full of people that are unable to please. Patience is very important in this business and being late once in a while during extreme snow fall amounts is NOT a fraud. So patience is key and understanding that us plow operators are out there moving as fast as we can with the elements in front of us... traffic, weather, equipment malfunctions, getting stuck, unplowed side streets.. etc.etc but despite these elements - we make it to every one of our customers, unfortunately a lateness will occur but you will not find any plow company without latenesses, or the city streets either!

Being late under heavy snow falls is not a rip off but part of the business.
