these people are a bunch of con men I got rip off 8 hundred and 25 dollars for motor cycle repair that was never done
the motor cycle was there 6 months the whole time I called every day every time I called we are fixing it ordering parts and what not bunch of lairs I took the motor cycle home would not start the Carburetors were broken when I took it in was not broken also did not clean the Carburetors like I told them to do
but charged for it also an oil change when I just did it one day be for taking it to Burbank Kawasaki all they did was storage the bike for 6 months make up lies and collect the money
I took the bike to cycle depot they told me that Burbank Kawasaki broke Carburetors a bunch of idiots that don't know how to fix motorcycles did not fix nothing I want a refund.

WHAT A FAKE LOOSER WITH NO LIFE YELP HAS 1 START REVIEWSW
WAKE UP AND GIVE YOUR HEAD A SHAKE YOUR A NO GOOD CROOK LAIR THEIF.
This place just sucked! It's very rare that I go to a place and have nothing positive to say but this one takes the cake!
The staff at Burbank Kawasaki was just plain rude. I was there looking for a motorcycle and they treated me like I didn't know anything at all. I already know the bike I wanted and they kept assuming that I'll be better off buying a scooter.
I purposely asked them a question in which I already know the answer and they acted like it was none of my business and wrong of me to even ask. I believe they don't know the answer at all. The manager there was the biggest jerk and I argued with him for nearly 15 minutes, in front of other customers.
After a few choice words from me, I stormed out of there and never returned.
Note to Burbank Kawasaki: keep your $%^&* motorcycles and hope your business folds

YELP 5 STAR ***** Burbank Kawasaki I shopped all over California for a new Kawasaki motorcycle prices and Burbank Kawasaki was the lowest price. I went to 3 dealers and they where not very friendly or helpful. I am a new rider and Leon took the time to show me everything about the bike. We made the deal over the phone and when I
got there I was very happy and he kept all the promises. I bought a Kawasaki motorcycle @ Burbank Kawasaki.
They did not have it in the show room and Leon personally when and pick it up at the storage place. Delivered it quickly, and even lowered it for me. I couldn't be happier. I am a major stickler when it comes to buying a vehicle, 9 times out of 10 I don't like the dealers I have had to work with. This time I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer
