Cat's Meow Deceptive ordering techniques--WATCH OUT Wallingford Connecticut

i have the same issue as all the other people that complained. The offer is buy one, get one free and shipping costs you $7.95 per toy. When I ordered online, the wording reads how many additional toys do you want. The 1 was filled in and I assumed that meant my free one that I needed to pay additional shipping for. They then have you continue and offer you upgrades, faster shipping, cat brushes etc, etc. I clicked no to all these things. At the end you submit and it comes up that your order has been placed and will be shipped to you. There was not anywhere for you to preview your order. They just charge you. It ended up charging me for 2 toys (4total), plus two cat brushes that I clicked no on. I called immediately and they said call back within 24 hours because I was not in the system yet. There was not any email confirmation sent. Nothing. Very bad customer service. If you are going to order one, best to call in person. Maybe you will have better luck.
