D.H.H.S. and Megan Fiume/Aubuchon and Carina Aubuchon Lies and Corruption In the Augusta District Family Court System Pittston Maine

 On December 22, 2009 I had gotten into a confrontation with my ex wife(wife at the time) which led to a physical altercation. It was cause by her accusing me of harming my children. They were sleeping and I wanted to talk to her in another room. She claimed she didn't go in the other room, because I was going to harm her which was just a cheap alibi, because if it were true, she would be punching me in the face half the time. So she picked up my 8 month old daughter in the middle of her sleep and I flipped out. I was not on drugs and I was not drunk. I had the Flu, and I told her to put my daughter down. She refused, then gave in. I told her to go in the other room and she kept being defiant and kept tryin to harm my children. So the confrontation began. My kids NEVER SEEN THE INCIDENT(this is important for later on). I went to jail for assualt and did my time. I was wrong and it is something i ponder from time to time.

Anyhow, While I was in jail, my wife Megan moved to Maine to her mother Carina's house in pittston. It just so happens that Carina's son Nick( who molested my daughter) lived there. So i bugged out and did everything I could to just convince my wife I was sorry and that I changed, which I did. It worked before and so I guess it would work this time. I tried to supeona her to court in New york because thats where I am from. My wife and Kids lived with me there and my wife worked there. Her mom Carina lied and lied and said she doesn't know where she is. So after they denied her living there, the judge in new york granted the rights. When they mailed a notice of the copy to her mom, all of a sudden they knew where she was and Megan claimed that my family did get to see my kids as the court order required. However we never saw the kids. She said this to avoid jail. In the mean time of all this happening. the state of New York put an order of protection against me and my wife, NOT my children. My attorney fought it becasue he found I did nothing wrong to my kids. Nor was any documentation of such involved in the police report. Megan just expressed how I hit her. that was it.

When I attempted to find where my wife was for the family matters, Megan filed an Order of protection against me and My children, saying that My 2 yr old daughter was going around slapping her face, saying"daddy Punch"1) That vocabulary of Punch was never used around my daughter, I raised her while my wife worked and always said" don't hit" because punch is an aggresive word for a little girl. However according to my wife thats what she was doing. That was a lie. She went on to claim that both my children were severly traumatized. Although my daughter was 8 months and my other daught was 2.

Upon my release from doing my 6 month bid, I tried to contact my wife myself. I actually had contact with her 2 weeks later, but I had talked to her mom before who just ran her mouth the whole time talking trash even though she don't know me. I begged them not to let my daughter around the Uncle who molested My oldest, and they sai He don't do that. WHich is a lie because I walked in on him doing it and told my wife. WHO DID NOTHING!!! I said I would call the police and she said she would take care of it, but still to this day did nothing.

For the two months I was out of jail, And i was having family court battles, which she lied about where she lived. I drove to Maine to take a picture of her at her mothers house becasue she said she never knew where her daugher was and While I was at it I put a Heart in a tree and $300.00 dollar child support check in the mail box. This was in the 2 weeks before I had contact with my wife. In them two weeks I did Send her face books messages using the internet on those cheap $10.00 phones at wal-mart which only let me write about ten sentences at a time. SO when I wrote them, I had to keep sending them to where it took like 60 Messages to look like a paragraph to get my point across.

 When I actually got her number, from a friend, she began to talk all sorts of trash, saying if I go to the house the police will shoot me or her dad will. That  my kids have another daddy now they don't need me. However, in my criminal conviction for this matter, the police said I sent her the texts and made it sound like she never said anything. Which made me look creepy.

Then came the Divorce court in Augusta district court. I had told the Judge that My wife lied after she took the stand and said what she had to say. She told the judge she's in fear of me, yet I showed the judge the text messages where she said, she's not scared of me, she knows I am talk. Which I was out of anger. She said that My kids fear me, even though I know thats not true.  She said I gave the kids drugs and left them abbandoned in the house when she was at work so I could party. Which was not true. I love my baby girls. The judge gave her everything in her favor.

The came Judge French a year later. Where Megan continued to say that my children hate me and had her mother Back her up on this non-sense. I aske Megan, How does a 3 year old and a 1 year old know what hate is? She refused to answer. I told the Judge that My wife needs a Psychiatric evaluation for refusing to get my kids help, because apparently from Megan , For the Past year everyday of my 2 year old's life SHe's been slepping her face, STILL, saying daddy punch, and she's pees her pants when she sees a guy that looks like me, yet her brother looks a lil like my description. SO that must be everyday. I brought up the molestation case and they said I was making it up. The judge took all my parental Rights away. Even though I did nothing and took care of my kids and Literally didn't eat for two days, just so I could spare the food I had left for them until I got paid. My wife re-fused to buy things for the kids and when I asked she said" WHY CAN'T I GET A CHECK TO MYSELF". I know the things I did were wrong and i got what Came to me, but Icould've had a fairer case in the matter.

Even though I showed the Judge the evidence that she was lieing, her excuse was" These papers aren't notorized in the state of New York" and she refused to let me have time to get a lawyer. She refused to have my wife provide any proof of her claims of financial  spending, just so she could say I nned this and that, Pretty much picking her paycheck. Wether Megan Admits it or not, She cheated on me, but lied and I came clean with everything I di because I believe in Honesty. I didn wrong and I admit it, but the Judge could have played fair. I just want them to know, that my kids need me and Karma Does come back, and it might hit them harder than it did me. I'm not doing nothing, But I believe in the Biblical Phrase, You reap what you sow. I did the right things in the end.But theres more to the story and I learned my lesson. Google my name and You'll see how bad the media made me look. They never said what she did, and no She never changed her email or phone number, just her cell.Thats all. What goes around comes around
