DirectTV - NFL Auto-renew Ripoff and overall customer support My auto-pay bill auto-charged me $224 for an NFL Package they had "Free" when I signed up (I guess) Carol Stream Illinois

Directv is notorious in using fine print and deceiving rules regarding auto renew. 99% of other companies give you the uption UPFRONT to use it or not. DTV goes ahead and auto renews anyway. I'm sure they make tons of $$ using this tactic. I, for one, was a longtime DTV customer and when I confronted their programming specialist about this deceiving tactic she didn't give a rats *ss. I have since quit DTV and have found another provider that gives me the option UPFRONT. This was almost as bad as Obama telling us all that we could keep our existing healt care plane if we like.....period! Gawd, lying is so rampant.....

 Thats right blame them because you didnt read. Thats smart....not. How can you sit there and throw a tantrum when this is all your fault?? Obviously you had the NFL package. And it may even have been free upon signing up. But there is ALWAYS a section describing what you are expected to pay per your contract. As such how can you have any expectations thats its going to be free next year unless you just did not read your bill or read your contract. Sure go ahead and tell your family and freinds, let them see you for the jackass you are for blaming ANYONE else instead of owning up to YOUR mistake.
