I bought a microwave, panasaonic NN-T655SF, serial#6A36110019, from Fry's electronic a few months ago, but I never open the box until now and it never work. That is, it does not warm or cook the food. I bought the microwave from Fry's Electronic, or the place, where I bought it, Fry's eletronic #7 10800 Kalama River Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, shipped from Panasonic North America, 1600 Central Lane, Roselle, IL 60172. However, I misplaced my receipt so they would not do anything, replace nor refund this product. I talked to Najah Parvez, stirred and apathy look and say no, final word. After calling the 1-408-487-4500, and talking to Kim #408407, did not get a reply nor resolution. Then the store manager came out, his name was Everett Martinez. He did some research on the product and said he would not do anything about it. I
brought up about bringing a lawsuit to Fry's and he has no word for me!

Do something about it. Basically they sold me a "lemon" item. Did it ever say sale is final? No. I would like a replacement, fix it, refund, or voucher, because basically I got ripped off from Fry's Electronic!

PLEASE DON'T FILE FALSE REPORTS!!!!

Hello,
I have a few problems with this report..

1. You bought a product months ago and never opend the box.

-Most retailers have a 30 day (at best) return policy.

2. You misplaced the receipt.

-Why would ANY retailer accept a return without a receipt? Let alone one past their return policy. Some retailer might accept without a receipt but that is only in good faith and not part of any policy.

Just to educate you for future purchases:
1. Never buy a product and not test it (especially electronics).
2. ALWAYS keep your receipts. (I keep ALL my receipts that have to do with any electronic purchases). Keep them in a file cabinet.

Thanks for your time
