A similar story to the others... December 12, I placed an order on globalreplica.com and actually called in the process. I asked the guy about the quality, etc. and also about gift boxes. He assured me that it was a good choice and that I could get the coordinating box with the watch at a discounted price. This made my total order, watch, box, certifiacte and shipping $401.81. He told me that he would send it COD and to make out a money order to E-Time.

December 14, the watch arrived in a Fed-Ex padded envelope. I opened it and found a UPS envelope. I opened that and there was a USPS small box. Needless to say the watch inside the box was not the one I ordered.
I tried to go and catch the Fed-Ex guy, but he was gone. So, I called Global Replica. A guy answered and apologized that there was a mix up in shipping and that there were new employees, blah blah. He told me that "Bonnie" would call me back in 10 minutes. No one called back. I called later and only got voicemail. I called the next day and the guy told me that there had been a fire and they have misplaced the tracking numbers in that process. He told me to call back in 20 minutes. I did, but got voicemail. I calle dthe next day and asked to speak with Bonnie. He told me that Bonnie just had a baby, and was not in the office. I demanded a tracking number and at this point seemed sympathetic and told me that I had waited long enough and that I would get the right watch overnight - to make sure that I sent back the one I got, and that the Fed-Ex guy would have a packing slip for it. Well, the next day (surprise) it did not come.

I called them on the Thursday before Christmas and the person that answered was, oddly enough speaking in a high-pitched tone - like he was trying to sound like a woman. This clown told me that it had been approved by the owner, and was shipped. He swore I'd receive it via USPS the next day. I told him that I needed the tracking number, he "placed me on hold" which then hung up on me. I've called, emailed, left messages, called Fed-Ex and the post office. I've contacted the NY, NJ and PA District Attorney's Offices.

It's December 27 now. No watch, and I have called at least 20 times. In one conversation, the guy said "you sound like an idiot," and that he couldn't do "magic".
This has made me sick. I honestly pray for these characters... It's evil.

Sad Christmas
