Globalinx Credit Card Ripoff Don't give Globalinx your credit card. Stow Ohio

What a rip off. Our friends warned us but we didn't listen. I have perfect credit (fica 800+) and now I have a parasite that I have to fight every month. Globalinx seems to survive by ripping customers off rather than providing quality service. We went to Globalinx as a favor to a friend. I only have a home phone to handle faxes. The Globalinx equipment was inferior and I was only intermittantly able to send and recieve faxes. We went back to our old provider (Vonage that worked flawlessly in the past and in the present). Globalinx refused to recognize our disconect request and continue to bill us for service. Additionally they charged us for an early termination fee even though we signed up for month-to-month service.

We have tried to resolve this through their Customer Service department. Trained monkeys answer the phones and are incapable of making any decisions. They appear to be there, not to solve issues but to postpone any possibility of resolving the disagreements. When we seek a manager none are available but the promise of a return call is given. No calls ever come. If others are as dissatisfied with this company as we are their managers must be completely overwhelmed. At this point I am convinced that their customer service is as incompetent as their telephone service was. Go figure!
