Jody Patterson, Simply Legal Paid her to prepare documents and file, and she disappeared Tempe Arizona

 We paid Jody Patterson $350 on 11/2/2010 to file a petition for child support modification and contempt regarding parent time.   We had a daughter marrying in December, and because Arizona is the crap state it is regarding emancipation of minors (if you don't take care of it, they don't drop the kids, and even then sometimes the courts are a bunch of idiots and say no substantial or continuing change (one less kid, how do you figure??) ).  Jody said family law was her passion.

She took our money and never filed. Finally in February we filed ourselves as with each month was lost money and lost time with other children that mother was interefering with.  Then she disappeared.  Does anyone know where she is? We are ready to file in court for our payment back plus the damages she caused us by neglecting such an important matter to us.  Shame on her!  If you couldn't do it, Jody, why didn't you just say and refund the money and let us take care of it??? You cost us a lot of money!
