My mother is 78 years old lives by herself and is on a fixed income of only $700. a month 15% below proverity level, had Just Energy services for electricity. She had a long history of paying on time every month up untill 2 months ago. She had hip repalcement surgery in Dallas, Fort worth for rehab,then to Springtown for out patient. She finally made it back to Wichita Falls , Texas to find out Just Energy had cut off her electricity. She got help to get it payed but, they refuse to reconnect. She needs breathing treatments as well.
Need to know where to go and what to do to get her electric back on, So she can get back into her house.

Doesn't make any sense at all?
Just Energy is a third party supplier that does not handle the turning
on or turning off of electricity. Call the other provider that is
listed on your invoice.

If she has a long history of paying on time and brought her account current when she got home, what reason did Just Energy give for not re-connecting her?
This doesn't seem in their best interests either....something is missing here.
Sorry about her medical problems and limited income, but no service provider can take any of that into account.
