NHCD Aka National Healthcare Discount Unfair Policies and Procedures ripoff Overland Park Kansas

I would like to start this on a positive note. While working for NHCD I was able to meet some really great people, they were all helpful and friendly.

I would not recommend that anyone looking to earn even a little extra income accept employment from this company. They ask new reps to change their long distance company as well as require a "phone deposit". When hiring new reps we are told that changing long distance carriers is not a requirement, however, if the person is unwilling to make the change we cannot hire them. (Sounds like a requirement to me. Hiring procedures change constantly leaving recruiters as confused as the applicants.

A lead generator can spend many hours dialing numbers to produce 1 or 2 leads. If the lead does not result in a sale, it is "returned" and the generator does not get paid. If the return rate is too high, the rep is "locked out" and not permitted to work until the rate is with the required range (this could take several weeks), very possibly resulting in a negative income check, YES, the rep would then owe NHCD.

All in all NHCD is making money from hiring new reps and finding too many reasons not to pay people for their time, effort and production.

I have read all the reports here and agree 100% with all claims made against this company. THEIR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE UNFAIR AND UNETHICAL, MANAGERS AND RECRUITERS ARE UNKNOWINGLY LYING TO NEW AND POTENTIAL REPS.

I was a lead manager for this company and resigned my employment with them as soon as I was aware of these things were going on.

Thank you all the friends I have made while working for NHCD, thank you for your honesty and thank you for your help in my search for a REAL work from home position. And a heartfelt apology to those I recuited hired and managed, this "job" did not and does not reflect my beleifs in honesty and being forthright with potential employees and customers.
