Paddock Pools Resurfaced my pool, shoddy work, pool looks horrible and they refused to fix the problem, ripoff Scottsdale Arizona

I hired Paddock to resurface my plaster pool with 3M Quartz and relocate the pump to the side of the house.

They prepped the pool and moved the pump then demanded payment in full before they would put the 3M Quartz finish in.

I paid them in full and the next day they sent out a work crew with not one English speaking person on it.

When they were done, the pump didn't work. It took me two weeks to get them to correct that problem - turned out they left out parts on the motor.

In the meantime, the plaster that I was sweeping off the sides (2x a day) wasn't being removed from the pool and it hardened on the surface of the new 3M Quartz.

Now the pool looks like a 20 year old plaster job that wasn't very well cared for. I had several people out from Paddock including managers and all refused to take responsibility for it and correct the problem.

I will never recommend Paddock Pools and will take every opportunity to warn people away from them.
