Stay away from Saveology.com. I am so tired and furious dealing with them. Not only they charged me for the service they claimed to be free trial. Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen. You need to wait at least one hour to finally talk to someone. Worse, s/he may not be the person who can solve your problem, a simple credit return problem. They are rude and tried to play dumb. After another hour, I eventually got them understand what's going on and what I want, they said they charge me mistakenly and would return the credit shortly. Of course, they didn't. Imagine back and forth like this several times. So after numerous phone call, I finally get that there is basically no way to get the credit back. Never want to have anything to do with Saveology anymore. Warn your friend, unless s/he love being charged extra unnoticed and treated like crap, always stay away from Saveology!
