My biggest complaint with StoresOnline is that my website still does not work - you cannot complete a product order on my website. When you select a product you can select "Add to Cart" but when you go to the "View Cart" screen the product you just selected is not shown. Also if you select the "Continue Shopping" button it takes you right back to the "View Cart" screen (same screen you started from).

I've contact StoresOnline via their online Chat numerous times about the problem and it seems every Rep has their own answer to the problem but nothing they've suggested or done so far has corrected this problem. Half of the Reps will tell you "it's working fine" and will even send you confirmation emails of completed orders or screen shots of completed orders.

The problem still remains though since niether I nor any of my friends, family, or customers can complete a product order. I've spent $5898.00 for six (6) websites and not only am I stuck with websites that I have no intention of using but I can't even get the one I do use to work correctly. I feel like I've been defrauded and ripped off by a very slick marketing company and I would caution anyone from using StoresOnline as their hosting company.

Because of my frustration in not having a working website I have requested in writing and with phone calls to have part or all of my money refunded and of course this has not happened.

Here are a few other gripes I have with StoresOnline:

1) StoresOnline Inc never told us at the time we purchased six (6) e-commerce websites that we only had one (1) year to publish all six before the licenses would expire.

2) We were told in the seminar that once we published our website that their programmers "would attack it" with links so that our webpage would get higher rankings with search engines. This never happened.

3) Stores Online Inc does not have toll free customer service. Since they are based in Utah their phone # begins with "801" area code which at first glance looks toll free but is not. If you call their direct dial # expect to wait . . .

4) I've found their online chat customer service to be responsive but not effective. It amazes me that a simple thing like linking a domain name with a StoresOnline created webpage can befuddle a majority of their Reps. Aren't they suppose to be experts at this?

Steer clear of this company!
