 Military Records, VA Medical Files, DD214 etc. those are the false promises touchstone makes.  They indicated they will for a fee get the information and send it to you.

This is a lie, they have had my perosnal info now for several months and have not gotten back with me in anyway what the status is on getting my records.  Don't try calling them, you call their number 800-283-3214, and you are on hold for twenty minutes then a recording comes on asking you to leave your information and they will get with you.  I did that and nothing happened no return call. 

They are very slick, if you try calling and say you want to order a product the put you on perma hold.  They have your telephone number  on their automated system.  I used my cell phone and tried to order and got straight through, what

then happened as I was telling them about what was going on they had swithced me to the automated system.  They just plain rip you off.  I found the charge I made on old credit card statements and disputed it.  Do not do business with these people!  They prey on Veterans. they are the scum of the earth.
