Uhaul Dan Ferre Steve Deutsch scammed manipulated and lied. Las vegas Nevada

So I recently worked for Uhaul in Las Vegas for a long time. I loved that job, customers, helping other employees, and learning new things. The pay wasn't bad and the people seemed very welcoming. Recently I worked long enough to finally be considered for full time, It was a monday like any other, slow. but the same. Shortly we noticed Steve (marketing president of Uhaul) pull up in the drive way. Everybody always scurries and tries to hide from Steve cause hes known to fire a lot of people. I went on with my customer not knowing in the next 15 min. I would be Steves victim. He calls me in to the office and shows me documents/rentals I had, I knew I used a truck when I first started working there cause Dan (gm) would let me take miles and things off cause I was struggling with money, little did I know I was being set up for failure. I told him exactly what I knew about the rentals and was called a liar! He asked Dan and Dan said he never knew anything about! When he let me in the first place and showed me how to do it. I was so hurt that he would do that to save his own skin. So he calculates everything Dan let me take off and says I owe that money to the company, and I was a theif, snake, and embezzler. So as I sat there streaming tears, I explained to him the truth and why would I just take it upon myself to do so, I moved all the way from California for this job and loved it and proved my loailty to the company. How suspicious that months down the road you finally "notice" especially when that was the day before I started on full time. He then pulled out a paper that said I used a truck for 5 days and 200 miles and I am responsible for paying or hes going to the police.

First of all I never rented that truck at all, I know those liars have my employee password and pin cause their the ones who made it. Dan then tells me he can't trust me and I have been terminated, I hope he can't sleep at night for his lies. I hope someone fires him. I should of known because this Uhaul does this certain thing a lot. We had a guy named Scott work here, and Dan told him Steve was gonna be here and to throw level two stickers on everything(which is against uhaul policy) and so Scott did, while doing so Steve showed up and ended up firing him even tho he was told to do it.

Now I have more employee stories exactly like that one but you get my point. Please save your self from working for uhaul in Nevada. They will fire you just when you feel comfortable and happy. If you are already working for uhaul in Las Vegas please take nothing from no one turn down anything you know will get you in trouble or think you can be in trouble cause you will be FIRED. To the rest of Uhaul whom I have had the pleasue of meeting, thank you for the wonderful times I did have a Uhaul and for the skills I have learned. Beware Uhaul.
