On 12/13/12 around 3:00pm Myself and Wife went to the new Randallstown Walmart for our weekly shopping trip. We parked out in the parking lot away from other cars, as there were 3 empty parking spaces between our and the next parked car. We were also parked under one of the parking lot light poles. It had 4 lights, and 4 surveillance cameras mounted on the pole. Also 8-10 rows over from where my car was parked was another pole with the same amount of lights and cameras. There are also signs mounted around the area that speak of surveillance.

Myself and wife left our auto to go inside the store to shop. I looked all around my car as we were walking away towards the Walmart entrance, as I always do and everthing looked normal. We must have been in the store an hour. We checked out and paid, proceeding to our car. As we were walking and my car came into view I could see a reflection on the car door showing the long creased dent in my drivers side front door. My wife and I took a close look and decided to go inside and speak to someone. We stopped in the door to the direct left at service. There was a office there beyond the customer counter. I could see inside a large LCD TV monitor with may small multiplex camera shots, but was to far away to see exactly what was on the screen. It was our turn after standing in line to see someone at the customer counter. I asked to speak with someone from that office. They went over and sent to us what appeared to be a transitional woman whom was working in that office. I believe her job title was, as far as I remember an APA. We let her know about the situation. She seemed bewildered, as if she may be a completely new employee. We asked her t come with us to the parking space to look at our car. She did so. She was looking around everywhere when she got there. She said oh, let me try something. She walked over to the shopping cart corral, removed a cart bringing it over to our car. She said, Hmmm. She proceeded to perfectly line up the corners of the cart to the dent. Well the the discussion started We all myself, my Wife, and the APA that this could not have taken place with the force of one cart. The APA immediately said to us that she feels for sure that it was one of the store cart pushers, as she had just had several issues with this some days before our incident. We asked her to see the camera footage and she did not seem to keen on that as if she was unsure wheather or not we would be allowed to.

We came back inside and the APA went and gathered her Supervisor. They went into the office where the camera multiplex DVR is and shut the door. Myself / Wife were waiting outside for a good 15 to 20 minutes. Then the door opened. The APA came over with a folder, and some papers inside. We asked her if she was able to see our car. She replied yes. Then, her supervisor was walking up and we asked the APA if she saw what she was thinking happened in the camera footage. Before she could say anything else the APM, supervisor said inconclusive. In the time we were waiting, while they were viewing the camera footage we also called the police department letting them know as well. They said that it would be up to a couple of hours before an officer would be able to come. The APA then took a claims statement out of the folder asking us to fill it out. We did so, later returning to the store to pick up a photocopy. A few days later we received a call from the walmart Liability claims Department. We spoke to a woman that told us that they were unable to see our car at all in the footage. We then explained that if their cameras are indeed active in the parking lot that it would be impossible to not see. At this point we were starting to be able to see that there was most likely some deceptive cover up either due to protecting an employee, or based on the overly extreme liberal Maryland law. The woman with walmart claims, stationed in Rogers Arkansas was saying that she is going to deny the claim.

In the meanwhile we had contact our insurance provider and they said that this would be covered. We decided to call and speak to the walmart General Manager, as we were told name of "JIM". The person whom I spoke with said that JIM only speaks to people from home office.

I would challenge all Walmart Patrons to be careful as you may need to fear parking in this Walmart parking lot. If something happens to your car from the upper Management down you will receive a deceptive, putting you off runaround. God for bid something bad may occur. From how this Walmart staff acted in helping me, a devoted Walmart customer for years, they made it seem like I was the culprit and they the victims. The advice that I would give is to park somewhere else, or ride a bus. Hope you will never need the camera footage for anything serious as I myself would not doubt if the needed footage would be erased.

It is obvious that Walmart Corporation does not care about their LOYAL patrons and this means that they feel nothing for their employees, team members as they call them.

They lost my $15,000 to $20,000 per year. I will now shop out of the way and pay more as to me this incident is principle based.

I have also decided to dedicate much of my spare time in helping Walmart " team members" to form Unions. With an employer like they have better safe than sorry.

Here are pics of my car by the way

Wal Mart Employee possibly fired for personal beliefs

AUTHOR: Scott - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 25, 2012

Check this out! I can not believe that Wal Mart would be allowed to control the personal beliefs, or elect themselves to control an employees words thru Political Correctness.

If so these types of Corporations need to be stopped by our Government, known as "we the people".
As far as I can see this person never made threats of harm.
