FRANKLIN CREDIT FCMF, FMF STOLE MY HOUSE NASHVILLE TN, Internet

Outline of events:  Denied offers, worked with individuals with no real estate license, denied offers on short sale without presenting or notifying me of offers made until my new agent contacted them with yet  another offer where they slipped and said they had a higher offer for $400,000. They bought my first mortgage to gain control which had a small note of $600 per month.  I only owed them $36,000 due to their delays and not taking my payments which we agreed upon and yet they kept changing the amount monthly of what I was told to pay.  Is that not odd on a fixed note!!??

They forged my signature on documents I never saw, ran me around on calls making me talk to different people always requesting the same documents and hardship letters which I had sent numerous times with fax verification.  They claimed of course they never received the documents.  

They would not release information to my realtor who was head of the real estate board even after saying they needed my permission which I provided via mail, email and verbally via phone.  I got the run around until the day before they went to court and was told after the last month of h*ll that now it was too late my house would be sold at the courthouse steps for $485,000  WHICH DID NOT SELL!! They had already SOLD MY HOUSE BEFORE THE FORECLOSURE!  This was smoke and mirrors.

To add insult to injury, they sent a sleazy realtor which I recorded with my video camera as a fake potential buyer not identifying herself into my home where my belongings began to disappear with each visit and then she shows up at my door telling me she represents Franklin Credit and will give me cash for keys if I move out of my home I've lived in 10 years within one week! for only $1,000.  I asked her to leave. She returned broken the house changed the locks stole my things and made false police report.

I have this agent of theirs on video stating how she would defraud Franklin Credit by allowing me to take my granite counter tops which I had a picture on my screensaver and showed her were mine prior to any proceedings when I remodeled my home.  

These people are thieves , demons, they take our lives away from us.  They took my HOME not just a HOUSE and put me on the street.  My mother died in my arms in that house.  I wanted to save my memories, my Home!   They violated my entire life and still are, May they reap what they sow.
