AFNI was removed from all three of my credit reports for trying to collect an invalid debt from AT&T in February of 2013. This month I noticed they reappeared on all three credit bureaus for the invalid debt, again. Hence, I filed a dispute with all three bureaus as well as a BBB Complaint for the illegal practice of extorting persons via credit reporting (FCRA). If all three negative remarks are not removed I'll file complaints further with Atty General, FCRA, CFPB and Consumer Advocacy. Always save your dispute results because unethical business practices run rampant in the finance industry.
