After a few weeks I finally received two appointments on a holiday. One of my sales guys went on the appointment so the clients would not be upset. One of the clients had no need for our goods and services and the other was not the homeowner nor did they have an interest in our goods or services. Over the next month we received a few appointments outside of our times that we provided Advantel several times(they lose stuff). On each occasion we called Tina Russell and informed her of the errors. Then nothing...no appointments and no contact from Advantel.
We are in the process of filing a claim with the BBB and the MA Attorney Generals Office. Not sure how we will make out but hopefully my story will make other think twice before doing business with Advantel.

BBB & Attorney General's Office Update
AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, September 06, 2007
Update from the Attorney General's office. Not enough complaints to warrant an investigation, hire an attorney. Everyone here needs to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in order for anyone to get anywhere.
