H, my name is Andrew. I built and coded my own internet
business. The business is basically buying used electronics from
people over the internet. You use my advertising software to get
people to your website. You give them a quote through the online
system, then they ship you the product. You pay them about 50% of what
the product is worth only AFTER receiving it and inspecting it. You
issue payments via paypal or check within 24 hours of receiving their
item.

doesn't require much time either. Its all online and from your house.

Andrew and I have completely resolved everything. We never did business together. There are a lot of scams online, and I assumed Andrew was just another scammer trying to make a quick buck. Andrew and I have talked on the phone and I have seen that he is completely legitimate. After talking with Andrew on the phone, I would like to retract everything I said about him. He is an honest person and I am sorry for all the things I said about him.

Keep in mind I did an asset check on you. You have NOTHING - you do not even have ten thousand dollars to your name. Not even 5.

-You don't own a house

-You don't have a car registered in your name (I thought rich people had cars and houses?)

Do you have bank statements showing consistent revenue? No.

Your revenue was less than one thousand dollars on the video for the ENTIRE YEAR on that video you posted. Oh I have a copy of so I'll make sure I post here for you lol.

So you're now selling legitimate things supposedly? What about all the people you scammed who contacted me? I'll be happy to post some messages from them about you bailed and won't return calls or emails. Are you going to refund them with all the money you claim to have?  It'd be the right thing to do.

You've been posting craigslist ads for quite awhile, and all this time you STILL can't hire people and actually get an investor? Its pretty fishy that you have to prey on innocent people on Craigslist.

Loren, please tell me and everyone else how selling websites, SEO, hosting, and lead generation (buying ads on facebook) is a scam? As far as I am aware, its perfectly legal to sell websites, seo, hosting, and lead generation, and its perfectly legal to have other clients help me expand my advertising. How exactly am I "onto a new scam"? Loren, you have NO IDEA what you are talking about. If you really think that this is a scam, then I feel bad for you because you clearly must have a low IQ if you really think/believe that im scamming by selling websites and seo and hosting.

You can claim I am a scammer, or that im poor, but neither are true and when you assume things, it just makes you look like an idiot. I do not think there are any poor people living in a luxury penthouse at the MGM Grand Signature towers in Las Vegas (or atleast I haven't run into any while ive been living here).

What kind of person posts "scam" posts about someone they have never done business with? What kind of person harrasses a business they have never done business with and know nothing about.

Clearly you can see she is acting like a little child with all the name calling. This is exactly what she was doing in her emails and the reason why I politely declined to do business with this person.

First of all Loren, I am not selling anything pirated or illegal. You would know this if you ever did business with me. You can assume things all you want, but that doesn't make it true. Assuming things just make yourself look like an uneducated idiot. Loren you can try and defame me all you want, but the fact of the matter is, there are thousands of SEO and web design companies out there and they aren't doing anything illegal. I never claimed what I was doing was revolutionary. Why you would attack me for selling SEO or web design services is beyond me, but I think it clearly shows your lack of education and of course lack of being a professional. I am not spamming anyone. My lead generation consists of purchasing ads through facebook, but of course Loren has no idea what I do because ive NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON.

You have mentioned several times that you have spoken to clients of mine that iv'e left hanging. In fact you said you have a whole "list" of unhappy clients. Please post this list you claim to have for the world to see, because ive never left a client hanging and never would and I would like to see the names of anyone that thinks I left them hanging, so I can make it up to them if they really feel like I left them hanging (which I would never do). Clearly if you do not have a "list" of unhappy clients as you claim, then you are just a liar. Also you claim that ive tried to change my name, but have no proof to back that up either.

On the mcdonalds website it says you must have $750,000 to start a mcdonalds. It says on the mcdonalds website, "Generally, we require a minimum of $750,000 of non-borrowed personal resources to consider you for a franchise". Loren your lack of knowledge on even the most basic of things like a mcdonalds franchise really shows your level of education or lack thereof. You could have googled for 5 seconds to find this information, but of course you spoke without having ANY knowledge on the subject. You have NO BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE WHAT.SO.EVER. Web site hosting has been around since the dawn of the internet and costs  $5-$30 a month.

Lead generation=Hacked interspire and spamming craigslist.

This is nothing revolutionary, you could go sell SEO yourself from someone LEGITIMATE WHO ISN'T BROKE SCAMMING PEOPLE ON CRAIGSLIST FOR A QUICK BUCK.

If Andrew's methods are so revolutionary, why does he need to sell this business to you...he would just do it himself and be able to get an investor. But the problem is he's selling a SCAM.

I registered my corporation over a year ago because I started making a substantial amount of money and needed a corporation. Like I said before, I NEVER did business with this person and she knows absolutely nothing about me or my business.

First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity to defend myself and my business that ive worked for over 10 years to build. I have several online companies that ive built and I do business with dozens of affiliate networks and companies. I am very well known in the internet advertising community. To date, this Loren Reder person (that ive never done business with) is the only person on the internet calling me a scammer. I have dozens of satisfied clients and hundreds of industry contacts that can vouch for myself and my reputation.

This Loren person is pretending to be me (committing identity theft) and harassing me and making false accusastions.

I have NEVER done any business with this person (thank god). Loren, this is a crime not only criminally, but civally as well. Its called identity theft and harassment and defamation. I have indeed hired an attorney to bring charges against you. Loren, you will be hearing from my attorney.

She does not know what she is talking about. She knows nothing about myself or my business and she has admitted here on ripoff report to committing identity theft against myself and my company. I have never done business with her, nor would I ever do business with someone that showed such questionable behavior in our email conversations. She is just mad that I politely declined to do business with her, after she showed very questionable behavior in her emails. Notice how she turns to derogatory name calling by calling me a "scammer" and "f****** idiot" and "sounds like it was written by a 5th grader", etc about someone shes never done business with and someone she knows nothing about. These are examples of the types of things she was saying to me in our initial emails and the reason why I started ignoring her emails for further information about working with me.

I do not just work with anyone willing to send me money. If I see red flags such as the ones I saw with Loren, then I politely decline to do business with the person. Very often they will come back at me with "your a scammer" etc, but in reality they know nothing about my business.

I find it very interesting that she says "No legitimate person charges you money to purchase their product and takes money out of your earnings."

I think this statement very clearly shows how educated (or not?) this person is. The word "purchase" implies an exchange of money for goods or services. 

Do you really think I would set up a business for you and train you for free? Show me ANY business that does not charge you money to get involved. Have you ever heard of mcdonalds, or subway? They charge $500k - $1 million for a mcdonalds or subway plus royalty fees. I guess you think they are a scam too, since they charge money for their product?

Like I said before, this isn't the first time that I politely declined to do business with someone and then they got mad. I do not do business with people that show questionable behavior from the start. This is the first time someone has ever tried to hijack my name and business.
