Better Business Bureau Gave good report of scam company ,American Entertainment Distributors, and we lost $77,000. Dollers. Hollywood Florida

It is our opinion that they owe us $77,000.00 dollers plus the interest we would have gained if we had left this money in our 401K. We do not know this amount at this time but if you figure in the fact that at the time of our investment, the Dow was around 9,500 and recently is at over 13,000, one could estimate that our money would have doubled.
The BBB should have been more more up to date on the many reports that were coming in on this company and not so worried about their members(there own bottom line).
Furthermore, all anyone has to do is visit ripoffreport.com to see all the complaints against them (BBB).

Anyone have an update on the supposed government case against this company?
It seems as though everything has been dropped, there has been no contact from the agents that were handling the case. Not a word.
