Box Office Ticket Sales is one of many bogus internet businesses run by a company named Twelve31 Ventures.  Twelve31 Ventures can be found at  twelve31ventures.com and purports to be an internet, acquisition and development company that helps build small business companies.  Their "portfolio" includes the following internet businesses:  Box Office Ticket Sales (aka Box Office Networks, Tickets In Time), Trip Salute, ViaBogo, Jon Connu Clothing, Inc, Coupon Burglar, Send Pointe, and Tucker's Black Label Coffee, Inc.  

Twelve31 Ventures is registered in the State of Nebraska.  The President and Registered Agent for the company is listed as  Chelsea Meegan who claims to be a University of Nebraska-Omaha IT graduate.  She also claims to be the owner of Tucker's Black Label Coffee, Inc.  It is unknown whether this person actually exists or is being used as a front the the two men who appear to be running the company out of their Ralston, NE office. 

Twelve31 Ventures employs several computer programmers/hackers who are tasked with the job of setting up bogus websites for the above-named companies that look as if they are valid, professional internet businesses and directing unsuspecting consumers to their site to purchase merchandise such as tickets for events in Omaha, Chicago, Kansas City, and Canada.  They also employ several incoming call agents to take your order, process your payment, and hopefully never speak to you again once you have figured out that you have been ripped off.

The "internet companies" list different physical addresses in different major cities on their website that do not appear to exist.  For example, Box Office Ticket Sales shows a physical address as a Chicago-based company when in fact, they are running a small outfit out of an office building in Ralston, NE at 7561 Main Street.  Previously, they were located at 16th & Farnam Streets in Omaha, NE.  Tucker's Black Label Coffee, Inc.  shows a physical address at 7561 Main Street, Ste. 402, which is the same address that the call center for Box Office Ticket Sales is working from.  Tucker's is not located at this physical address.  

The two men running this operation should be arrested and charged with internet fraud.
