In the Fall of 2006, my husband and I were looking for ways to make money on the internet. The idea of earning money this way was appealing to us because I have a progressively debilitating disease and we thought that this would enable him to work from home while being here to help me, rather than me having to go to a nursing home.
After doing some internet research, I was contacted by a gentleman from Bright Builders, telling me of the riches that awaited us if only we would commit RIGHT NOW! Unfortunately, like so many others, I was pressured into signing up with Bright Builders, to the tune of $3,465.36.
They helped me to create a beautiful website and provided me with 10 coaching session, but that was it. I am not all that internet-savvy, and I didn't realize that I would need to pay an outside organization big bucks to market my site. I am on disability - I can't afford that. Of course, Bright Builders neglected to give me that crucial bit of information.
I worked so hard on my website - it's beautiful! I kept a log of the time I spent "working" on my business, I kept a journal of my daily activities, & I updated the items in my "store" on a regular basis. Now, like so many others, I have a beautiful website out there in cyber space, but nobody knows about it.
I'm embarrassed that I allowed this to happen to myself and furious that Bright Builders is getting away with this every day! I would be more than happy to join a class-action lawsuit or any other legal action to put these fraudsters out of business. It's unfortunate that there are so many unscrupulous individuals out there who will do whatever it takes to get someone else's hard-earned money. I learned a hard (and expensive!) lesson here. I am trying to get at least a partial refund but I am not holding my breath. I, too, was promised to earn my initial investment back within four months. That was a joke!
Please, heed the advice here and DO NOT have anything to do with this organization. You will only lose your money.
